Why does my bill show a different name than the store name desireintimates.com ?

How will my parcel be packaged?

All our parcels are shipped in discreet packaging to ensure your privacy.

Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

Yes, you can cancel or make changes to your order within 2 hours of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

How long does it take to dispatch my order? 

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be sent directly to our warehouse and dispatched to the shipping company on the same day for domestic shipping.

If you haven't received your order confirmation, please ensure that you provide the correct email address when placing your order. This will ensure that both your order confirmation and shipping notifications are delivered to your inbox.

How long does it take to deliver it to me?

Typically, orders are delivered within the estimated time frame provided on our page. If your order has not arrived after 14 working days, please contact us at your earliest convenience for assistance. Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

I am concerned about size fitting issues. What should I do?

No worries! Please provide us with three key measurements: bust, hips, and waist. We will help verify the fit for you while processing your order. In some cases, we may reach out via email if we notice any sizing issues. Additionally, feel free to contact us through Desire’s shop inbox WhatsApp messages during Hong Kong office hours, and we’ll be happy to assist you promptly.

Each item will include a size chart and/or body weight recommendations in the description. We also provide general women's bra size measurements in inches/centimeters, along with international sizing conventions for your reference. Please take a moment to read this information carefully before placing your order.

We're always happy to help, but ultimately, you are the best judge of what you're looking for.

When will the exchanged items be shipped out?

For exchange, the new items will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your item(s). And for the estimated shipping time, please refer to the shipping time for the normal orders.

Can I return only top or bottom of the pajama ?

We apologize, but we do not accept returns or exchanges for individual pieces of pajamas, such as just the top or the bottom.

Will I need to pay duty?  

All orders are shipped duty-paid to every part of the world. If you receive an import duty bill, please forward it to us, and we will cover the cost.

What can cause delays in my order?

1. Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses, which can prevent the carrier from delivering the package.

2. Unforeseen circumstances at the local post office, such as postal strikes, customs clearance issues, or adverse weather conditions.

3. The carrier may take 1-2 business days to process and register parcels, which can affect your shipment status.

4. Public holidays in either your location or ours may also lead to delays in processing your order.

Generally, we can only update your shipping address before the order has shipped. To ensure proper delivery, please make sure your address is complete and accurate, including any apartment, suite, or room numbers.

Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped. We recommend keeping an eye on your order status to ensure you can receive your package.

Why am I being asked to authorize my order?

You may be asked to authorize your order to verify detailed personal information. This process is part of our frau prevention measures, and your order has been randomly selected for further verification by our team. We take the protection of our customers seriously and aim to prevent any unauthorized charges.

Why was my payment declined?

If you're experiencing issues with your credit card payment, please verify that all card details are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back, and billing address. Additionally, ensure that you haven't exceeded your card limit and that your bank hasn't suspended your card for review. If your payment is still declined, we recommend trying a different card or using PayPal for your transaction.

How do I modify my billing address?

Please note that we only need shipping address for order delivery. Nothing will be sent to billing address. So you do not have to modify your billing address.
